Kloof Street is one of the city's favorite shopping and dining streets. With an eclectic offering of eateries, shops and historical buildings, it runs parallel to Long Street but is decidedly classier and includes Lifestyles on Kloff, a center with a variety of shops, a Woolworths grocery store and the Labia retro cinema. The street is somewhat steep, so you may decide to start at the top and walk down, exploring side streets as you go.
