Built in 1864, the Mercury Brighton Seafront Hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian building which has maintained its 19th century charm with the addition of modern comforts, except for air conditioning. The Regency stuccoed facade and grand staircase are both originals, and period touches can be found throughout the hotel. With Brighton's beach and promenade directly across the way, the bar and brasserie both have sea views.
