The ISC Club began as the international student club of the University of Bern in 1970. In the 1990s, it opened its events to the public at large, hosting homegrown and international acts like Stone Temple Pilots, Africa Bambaataa, Sugar Ray, Züri West, Apocalyptica, Héroes del Silencio and Calexico among many others.
