Operated by the Atlanta History Center, this house that once belonged to famed author of Gone With the Wind is one of the city's more overlooked gems. The museum tells the story of the progressive, resilient author who accomplished an unbelieavable amount in what was then a man-dominated publishing industry. There is also an exhibit about making the film, which world premiered in Atlanta.
