A Lower Haight dive bar with a wacky personality, Noc Noc serves craft beers on tap along with cold and hot sake in a room that defies description. It's dark, lit by strings of Christmas lights and a small fake fireplace, and full of nooks and crannies that seem to have been decorated in the midst of an acid trip. No cover, and dogs are welcome.
