With seating for nearly 500, the Grand Stage in a former ballroom serves a reasonable dim sum daily, but its wedding and other special functions are the real blow out when nothing is spared to make the venue as decadent as possible. It's in the Western Market, the oldest surviving market building in Hong Kong that is filled with textile vendors and other touristy attractions.
