A combination of pub and club, the Bulldog is said to be the oldest gay venue in Brighton, serving the community since 1979. Housed in a former brewery which has been upgraded over the years, cheerful entertainment is guaranteed with live performances and drag acts. It has even appeared in a nationally-broadcast reality show. Cover on weekends. Predominantly frequented by men but all are welcome.
