After working with Jamie Oliver in London and Danny Meyer in Manhattan, Chef Gregory Marchand came home to start a revolution in bistro food at Frenchie, Oliver's nickname for Marchand. Hard-to-come-by reservations need to be made far in advance but tricky by phone. If all else fails, stop by in person. You can always visit Frenchie's wine bar or deli while in the neighborhood!
