With eerie, backlit willow trees flanking its gates, Club der Visionäre ("club of the visionaries") is an experience already upon arrival. A gorgeous, motley collection of cabins, docks, and even a floating dance floor, there are few clubs that can touch der Visionäre in its ambience. Perched on one of Kreuzberg's canals, it is another example of the uncanny ability of the city's party scene to transport partiers to rich, sensual environments. For those who begin to hunger for more than spiritual sustenance, there is even a restaurant that churns out brick-oven pizzas all night long.
