Atame attracts a young - mostly guys - gay crowd that appreciates the somewhat campy vibe and the risqué drag show on Sundays. Its decor is cool minimalist - almost sanitary - with a long bar out front and the dance floor in back where DJs spins mostly Spanish sounds. It also has monthly exhibitions of art and photography. Universitat is a convenient Metro stop, but Atame goes late, so you may want to look for a night bus: N3, N7, N8.
