Prize-winning chef Juan Manuel Barrientos amazes with his avant-garde molecular cooking at El Cielo. He offers tasting menus of 12 or 15 dishes at dinner and a short three-course menu at lunch. Reserve by telephone. Thursday and Friday evenings and weekends are particularly popular. El Cielo also has sister restaurants in Medellín where the mini-chain began, and downtown Miami.
