Try the chochinita pibil (tender pork cooked in a banana leaf), glazed duck carnitas, Yucatan-style pig's feet, the roasted crickets and the artisan Mezcal. Learn some of the secrets of Mexican cooking at one of the El Arrayán's classes, which are taught in English and include either breakfast or lunch. Hours: 5:30 p.m. -11 p.m. Closed Tuesdays.
