First a tremendously popular bakery in Whistler, Purebread was welcomed to downtown Vancouver with great fanfare. The selection of breads and pastries is expansive, covering old standbys like sourdough and rye with special touches like a buckwheat sour cherry scones and salted caramel Whoopie pies. There are daily sandwich specials that make this a popular lunch spot, but everything is good, and the response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive.
