Rancho Bravo Tacos started out as an East Side food truck in 2002 and now has four locations in Wallingford, Capitol Hill, Fremont and near the University of Washington. On the menu is simple Mexican food, mostly made from scratch: salsa, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, pozole. Open seven days a week, hours vary by location.
