Unión is the flagship beer at La Cervecería Unión, but it's only one of some four dozen craft beers it offers from all over Mexico, especially from microbreweries in Jalisco. The large, airy space, cooled by the breezes of ceiling fans, looks out on the Malecón and the bay. Food service begins with breakfast, moving on to grilled shrimp, oysters on the half shell and other seafoods later in the day. Good for sunsets and on into the night. It is a sister to a Guadalajara bar of the same name.
